The Ants in our Classroom
I’ve noticed the ants have died away. They’re gone forever. They have gone to heaven. They’re feasting on foods they have never thought existed. We will miss them crawling around and up our shirts. We can not play with them any more. But it makes me think they’re probably very happy.

I sure am glad all the ants are gone. They seem to have been distracting to many students! I hope they don't come back in the Spring!!!

I know you found the ants entertaining, but I'm sure Mrs. West is quite happy with an ant-free classroom. Encourage your friends to clean up their snack foods when they're done so the ants don't return.
